Centuria at Kingshill North, Cirencester.

The development consists of both affordable and open market 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes and apartments and has been designed in a traditional Cotswold style.

Careful detailing and construction of traditional style dormers, chimneys and eaves with rise and fall guttering were a fundamental part of planning consent.

The affordable element has been detailed to meet the requirements of Code for Sustainable Homes (Level 3) and the Housing Quality Indicators (HQI).

Following the sales success of Phase 1, the construction team are currently well into Phase 2 and work has now also begun on Phase 3.
